The Jake Maxfield Connection strives to provide scholarship, literacy and community support, and to honor the memory of Jake Maxfield. Our events and communications are designed to inspire others to reach out to one another and remember that we can all do something to help others. Our adopted mantra: "Pass it on-Pay it Forward-Make a Connection", keeps us focus on what is truly important in this crazy world we live in.
